Benefits of Participation

The bridal fair registration fee of $375 includes:

  • Listing in all subsequent promotional materials
  • 50 tickets to the bridal fair to offer to your clients (please indicate on registration form if you will need more/less than 50 tickets)
  • Promotional poster to display in your place of business
  • An electronic lead list containing direct mail address, email address and wedding date for all registered bridal fair attendees, including all 2009 Carolina Inn brides (to be distributed by 03/01/2009)

  • December 11th - Registration Forms and Deposits due
  • December 18th - Confirmation Packets Mailed Containing Tickets & Signs
  • February 7th - 2010 Bridal Fair
  • March 1st - Lead List Distributed

Day of the Show

  • Please check-in the Lobby upon arrival vendors not registered by noon will forfeit the registration fee. View Carolina Inn Floor Layout
  • Offloading at the Inn is permitted during setup/tear down. Upon check-in, you will receive a permit to place in your car while unloading. Large items may be unloaded at the Porte Cochere on the South Columbia street side of the hotel. (please move cars promptly as this is a tow away zone).
  • Parking at the Inn is reserved for attendees, convenient offsite parking is available for vendors. View map of parking lot.
  • Two box lunches are included with your registration fee.

Event Schedule

  • Registration & Set-Up - 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • All Booths Ready - 12:30PM
  • Published Event Time - 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • Tear Down - 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Planning Your Booth

  • Standard booth setup includes (1) 6' table with floor-length linen; (2) chairs; (1) sign; (2) box lunches. There is no charge for access to power. Vendors must provide any additional lighting needed. Optional upgrades available include: extension cord, $10; power strip, $10; china/cutlery, $25; TV/VCR, $150.
  • Your booth space consists of (1) 6 ft. banquet table, placed approximately 6 ft. from the wall. You may not extend your booth space with additional props, tables, etc. without prior approval.
  • Your registration fee includes floor-length linen for your booth, however you may bring your own rental linen. Please work within your assigned space and utilize the signage provided.
  • Entertainment vendors are asked to use a standard booth, live performances are not permitted unless approved by the Inn.
  • You may only display items/materials at your booth relating to your business. You may not display items/information for other vendors or in conflict with any vendor participating at the fair.
  • Additional items may be showcased with prior approval. Please indicate on the registration form that you would like to display additional items you will be contacted to discuss and confirm details.

General Rules

  • Vendors agree that all parts of the exhibit will remain from 12:30 PM – 4:00 PM. Booths must be staffed and materials available until 4:00 PM. Early breakdown of booths is not acceptable. All booths must be cleared of materials by 6:00 PM.
  • Hors D'oeuvres at the Bridal Fair are for the attendees only.
  • We appreciate your support of our Bridal Fair. However, we reserve the right to invite vendors to participate based on their willingness to honor the rules and regulations. Please remember that The Carolina Inn Bridal Fair is a private event and vendor selection is at the sole discretion of Carolina Inn Management.
  • Your lead list of registered brides is for your use only. It is not to be shared with other businesses. Vendors who do not comply with this request are at the risk of not being invited to participate in the Bridal Fair next year.
