Welcome to the Meeting Planners' Club
The University’s Meeting Planners’ Club is our way to provide an educational network for UNC staff and faculty to share ideas and resources about meeting and event planning. Membership is simple, complimentary, and available only to University faculty and staff. We only ask that you attend the educational sessions where we can exchange ideas and learn from each other.
What are the other benefits?
The primary benefit will be the knowledge you gain at the quarterly educational sessions. These sessions will be geared towards solving problems and challenges you face in the topsy-turvy world of event planning. We’ll cover topics such as:
- Menu Planning
- Chef Demonstrations
- Hotel Contracts 101
- Audio-Visual Basics
- Vendor Fair featuring local companies that provide event services
Join us for these sessions and actively participate. Together we can learn from each other and improve and grow our meeting and event planning skills and knowledge.
